About The Speaker
Combining 32+ years of real estate law practice with $300M of urban infill real estate development, Mr. Wallach provides leadership and vision to a composite, structurally insulated wall panel company. As CEO of Wally Walls, Mr. Wallach seeks to expand the Company's product line, making Wally Walls the pre-eminent solution for 21st century energy codes and cost effective, efficient, construction methodology. As CEO of XYiP Holdings, LLC, Mr. Wallach seeks recreate the Sears Roebuck Catalog Home Model with 21st Century methodologies.
As a Developer, Mr. Wallach developed more than $250 million dollars of urban infill projects in Chicago and Arizona. His developments include energy efficient homes and mid-rise/high-rise mixed use (residential and retail) properties. He has acted as a principal in general contracting, subcontracting, and manufacturing companies.
